To disable private message emails, go to My Account > Board preferences and set "Notify me on new private messages" to no.

If you want to disable trade PMs, go over to your trade center settings and check the box that says "Don't notify me with a private message when a new trade arrives."

My Account > Board preferences > Edit posting defaults > "Notify me upon replies by default" set to no

My Account > Overview > Manage Subscriptions > If there is anything there, remove all of them
