Trade sending error

I keep seeming to get this error quite often, i tried clearing my cache and restarting my browser but it doesn't seem to fix it, any help?

The problem: Whenever I try to send a trade, this error message pops up (2nd image above)

This often happens when your partner has a coding error in their trade rules (usually the coding tags are in the wrong order). Feel free to let them know, or you can send a help ticket to us and we can take a look ^^
