Bug message rules not working

Soooo, I set up rules for a specific conversation to be placed in a folder. The conversation is allways having the same title so I used options for that, yet they are NOT working.

(Yes I'm sure I set them right. I've done it before and it WAS working)

Same time, my sister noticed one of her rules is also broken. It was working in the past. (Is one for deleting the sob message of pound pet)

I tryed to rewrite it, to use 'start with' insted of 'is like', still nothing.
