Store pets like the manticores / lions always have pretty good demand, so I'm sure you could get good bids for those.

I've seen several people with hoards of the Joker-looking fennec fox so you could probably get overpay for that.

My personal favorites are the PPS butterfly wolves. I don't think they have any particular demand so you'd probably only get fair bids rather than overpay, but they're very cute.

As a general rule pets that are rare+ and have good demand are the best to auction. :)
