How do I write a trade message for everyone?

I mean like it says something like this at the beginning:

...... written a message for everyone who wants to trade

How do I do that?

You go to your trade center, then click the "Trade Settings" button (It has a picture of a gear next to it). From there, you should be able to write your own message!
