Signature Stamps?

I'm sorry if this has already been posted, and I did read the FAQ... On the forums I have seen some users with little stamp-type images with CS pictures on them in their signatures. I've looked all over the settings tab and I can't seem to find them. Where can I access these?

My Stuff at the top > My profile > scroll down under signature > edit stamp collection.

^^ theres that way and thats your stamp collection go to my stuff and click my profile and next to where it says stamp collection you can click "[Click to display under your forum posts]" then instead of your signature your stamp collection will show under your posts

But if you mean actual stamps in their SIGNATURE, then those are stamps that they have created or free to use stamps other people created and putting them in their signatures.
