When persons actions are reportable?

Just exactly when can I report somebody?

Or better to word out, is this situation reportable:
Person X send me open trade (not suggestion) with message 'Happy Valentine' like some people do gift bombing and such, no big deal, but I like to give back to those so I edit the trade with a return message like...here's something for you too.

And then the trade gets canceled and I get a rude message :Warning one. Read the rules.

I message the person and it was like yeah, I forgot.

Is this OK with site rules? To upset people like this?

Heh. I wouldn't let a thing like that bother you. Some people make mistakes. It's not a well known fact that when you edit and return a trade, you have to click a button to read the rules. It's pretty easy to think you were someone else, especially if that user got another 5 or 6 rage inducing trades.

If the messages contains name calling (i.e. jerk, stupid), rude remarks, or is overly offensive - then you can report it.

Just saying "Warning One. Read the Rules." isn't offending so it should not get reporting. Just ignore it.

No it wasn't a trade. It was a form of Holibombing that went bad because I was trying to be nice.
I guess next time somebody offers for free, I just accept with no words =).
