how to make pets grow

so i am running my own adopt a pet site i read every thing and i can post everything correctly but i can't make the pets change like grow ok for example
i post a blank piece of paper
now on the same blank piece of paper posted i add a butterfly so everyone who got the paper would see a butterfly
but it doesn't show up as a butterfly it is still a blank piece of paper where i posted it
someone please help

Have you tried Refreshing the page with the image on it with the F5 button? That SHOULD fix it.

Did the code change when you added the Butterfly?

If you're talking about an image, you just replace the image with one of the EXACT SAME NAME otherwise it won't work.

and then the other code makes it so it won't change or show up

i have to post a whole different code so when i post the different code the other picture won't change but it is the same picture

i know how to post everything but i can't have it be the same code or it will be the same picture now do you get what i mean

Yes, but that is what you have to do, when you want to make same growable.
Both have to have the same name and then you have to replace the first pic with the second one.
