Oekaki/Java problems & solutions

I am still having problems with oekaki.. and java... Ive tried on internet explorer and chrome.. Ive tried redownloading it and uninstalling old versions and nothings working. I don't know what to do.. but somethings messed up. Ive already went on the browser to allow java plugin but nothings working still..

I don't know what the problem is but I need it fixed..

No idea if this will work but I saw it somewhere so ah might as well give it a try?
I dunno if you're using JTablet along with it but.
If it still says Java isn't allowing Chibipaint to open or whatever.
Some websites said that you can go on the Java control panel and change the allowed sites/add in Chickensmoothie.

Are you sure your antivirus is not blocking Java?

Yeah Its saying "Java plugin needs to be available on the browser. But Ive checked both browser plugins and they both are enabled.

I would suggest using Firefox if you continue to have issues because as of now it has the most support for java

After some previous problems I had with internet explorer on another computer, I managed to get on my own computer and have it work fine.
I have tried installing Java about five times on it, and every time was successful.
I made sure everything was working , but each time I went to oekaki, it kept saying Java was not installed and I had to install it.
I have a feeling that oekaki might need updating on my computer, but I won't be able to get on it until Wednesday to try, but I just wanted to make sure it wasn't something different.

i was having the same problems. i had to make firefox my default browser (it was previously set to chrome) then i reinstalled jtablet. now everything works fine!

Same.. Oekaki needs updating. because my other games that use Java are F-I-N-E

Internet Explorer has more bugs in it than an insect collector's emporium. As a result, it has a hard time handling Java all that well - As suggested, Firefox is miles more stable, and gives you guys the best chance at getting it to work.

Oh, ye, you can try adding it to the Java Control Panel's list of allowed sites.
