I have clicked to installed and I even uninstalled the old ones and restarted my computer etc?

What browser are you using?

I have tried both Chrome and Internet Explorer :/ nothings working I even tried making sure its enabled in the browser and everything..

Try using Firefox. It has more support for java and sometimes making this switch will solve this issue.

So, here's the problem, hope someone will be able to help.

I have a mac, all updated and working fairly well.
I have java installed, and its updated as well.
But whenever i try to make an okekai, it wont let me draw or even scroll in the application, whatsoever. And no pop ups, nothing, just the regular layout except I cant interact with it. Take note before i updated java I installed the experimental version, so I two Javas working.
I dont know if that's the source of the problem or not.
ANYWAYS, anyone who will able to try and help me, it would be a great help.
I will be able to provide any other information if needed.
Mac: OS X Yosemite - version 10.10.3
And I use Firefox
                ✦ { dok/stephvthey/he/any occasionally online } ✦
Howdy! I'm on here as often as I have the energy for it, so everything might be a little delayed with me! Feel free to check out my semi/open adopts, and if you're feeling adventurous click my dragoncave eggs too- my children thank you. Have a great day <3

If you happen to have JTablet installed, try removing that and see if it fixes it. JTablet is causing issues for newer Macs.

If you don't have JTablet then it's very likely the two versions of Java are to blame. Remove the experimental version.

There is nothing in my extensions folder, Ive searched just about every inch of my mac, and yet it still says when I open up okekai that I have Jtablet experimental, and I'm stuck... very....

So, when I attempt to use oekaki, it stays at a grey screen and when I scroll, the top part drags down with it. Same when I go back up. It's lagging. I've tried a lot of things and it is really irratating me. I can't do my job as a nursery artist and such! If you could help me, i'd like it in pictures as it is hard for me to use it from text.

thanks <3

my last post was on page 63 and someone told me to do this.

If I recall, this can be fixed by minimizing your browser, then maximizing it again. ^^; At least, that's what fixes it when it happens with me.

that didn't work at all. my java IS up to date and I have tried many different browsers like chrome and waterfox. it works for a bit, but then goes back to the grey screen. I really need this fixed! thank you!

When I try to save my drawing, I get this pop-up...

"Error: access denied ("Java.net.SocketPermission" "www.chickensmoothie.com" "resolve") Your drawing has not been saved."

What does this mean, and is there anyway I can stop it?

I got this error message quite a while ago, then I realised that my Oekaki was on Chibipaint 1 instead of 2.0. Changing it to 2.0 fixed that, maybe this is what's wrong. That's just what happened to me though :\

I could open Oekaki on my old laptop and draw on it normally, but when I go to save it it says I don't have permission to save it, and the drawing isn't saved. I don't really know what to do about this ^u^
Does any one have any answers or a similar situation?
