So,my merging partner doesn't want me to say hell and damn. Those two words are used normally on CS and are allowed. Is she allowed to do this,restrict what words I use?

Well, if she really doesn't want you using them and you're insistent on using those words, you guys might not end up getting along very well. I'd advise talking it through with her to see if you can both agree with something comfortably and make sure there will be no conflict with that if you merge. If you can't agree on it, you could still merge, but I don't think that would be the best idea. You guys would have a much more happy merge if you could come to a consensus about things like that. ^u^ Just my two cents though, take it or leave it. C:

She can ask you to do that, certainly, but there's nothing forcing you to do so - except that it might, not sure how to say this... create bad air between you two.
I mean, either way it might annoy a little one of you (not like I know for sure) - if you can't use some words you'd like to, or if she doesn't like cursing but it happens on her (shared) account, against their wishes.
If there's a lot of things like that you don't agree on, it might be better not to merge. ^^; I know you've probably already heard enough of this, but think very carefully if you want to merge, sometimes it's better not to merge for the sake of friendship or so.

Can merging onto someone else's account effect you finacialy.... like let's just say they steal a credit card# or something.... can they get personal info. like that?

Honestly, your merge request is the longest I've seen. They haven't approved a lot of them at all recently. Usually a month seems to be the average rate, but that time is extending lately.

Yep, they will. If it is declined, they will say so and the reason and then lock the topic.
