Yea, but how about... Continent dogs? Therefore they wouldnt be as many as the countries(O_e). They'd have something on their side that represents their continent the best.

I don't think there's a way to really represent an entire continent with something so simple. The only reason that we could represent a country is because countries tend to have national symbols and colors. Continents don't have that. Although there could be like a world map set of pets with a continent on each one.

3. Sand colored cat with blue clouds on its fur ((Including PPS version))
