Horse/Pony Color Suggestions

I'm definately in favor of an "Unnatural Color" string of horses, containing a grulla, a dun, perlino, etc. I also like the idea of doing a set based off of very popular CS pets - that way pretty much everybody is guaranteed to like them.

-Solar System horse (haven't quite thought of how that'd work)

-Galaxy (like a pinwheel galaxy on it's flank or something)

-Ruffian (she's the whole reason I even suggest this lol)
-Secretariat
-Barbaro
etc

And Seasonal Horses; I love the idea of doing a set for the different times of day with the sun/moon moving; and the rainbow and mythological ideas as well. I was going to suggest Birthstone horses, until I realized there would need to be twelve seperate growing horses and that's just insane

Also, I haven't actually read the books but these new horses seem to be Arabians, so have you considered doing a set on The Black Stallion? Or, for that matter, The Saddle Club? I figure not, since these appeal to horse people rather than the whole CS crowd =)

I can come up with dozens of other ideas, but they're all either unpractial, or just plain stinky lol

I was thinking maybe you could do a patterned horse group?

Something like argyle, checkered, leopard spotted, and plaid.

Just some fun different patterns and styles.

Something else I would love to see would have to be some horses that looked as though they have splatter paint on them or something of the sort. With bright florescent colors.

Horse shoe: Looks like an angel did a pretty bad job painting a rainbow XD

Newborn: All the colors of the rainbow nicely done

Foal var 1: Same as newborn, PPS
Foal var 2: Same as newborn, not PPS
Foal var 3: Splotchy colors, like the horse shoe stage! PPS

Adult var 1: Same as foal, but with grey-blue face.
Adult var 2: Same as var 1, but has wings and a horn. As rare as the blue toxic (august '08).

You could maybe make mythical horse creatures, by suggesting their respective attributes through markings instead of changing the lineart. For example, a winged horse can be suggested through feathery markings/ a pinto marking that looks like wings (http://www.loesshillsmini.com/mares_files/ReflectionsWingsCBY.jpg)/ or an abstract wingish design. Another example would be a seaweed-swirly/ bubble marking for a kelpie.
Maybe a line of mythical pintos?

I just thought maybe "toxic horses" would be kind of cool. Sorry if I sound like a moron saying that xD


I'd also love to see some horses themed after reindeer, maybe a little more around December.


Yet another idea [sorry that I'm voicing so many ideas]
maybe knight/war horses, where their colors and coloring make them look a little as though they are from different famous armies, like the Romans, Napoleon's army, etc...
Not sure exactly how this one would work, just thought maybe it would be a fun idea.
