Oekaki/Java problems & solutions

I need some help...
I've been having this fake Java pop-up constantly re-directing me and trying to make me download something every time I come onto CS or try to open more than one tab. It has become very hard just trying to go anywhere on CS - from profiles and forums, to the event hunt.
It isn't the Oekaki though, it seems only internet-related. I tried removing all Java programs, re-installing them, and looking for a pop-up blocker, but nothing works. I also tried looking online, but the remover for it isn't free.
I've never had this happen to me before and could use some assistance/advice. ^^;

It might be a code embedded into Java. I would suggest completely uninstalling and reinstalling Java. If that still doesn't work, I would contact Java support, they might know of the problem and know a way to fix it.

Is there a way to get a tablet, and be able to use that as a drawing pad while the actual art is appearing on the computer screen?

I don't know where to post, but this page seems decent. I think there's a new problem; the Java update has disallowed saving drawings. Is this permanent? I can't find any solutions.

You can find graphic tablets on sites like Amazon. ^^; They'll work in the Oekaki. JTablet will be needed for pen pressure, is all.

My Firefox is blocking Java (Oekaki says I have no Java) and nothing seems to help.
Are there any advanced settings in Forefox I need?
(The common stuff is not helpful)

EDIT: I downloaded "Just disable stuff" (firefox add-on) and now it works :3

How can I solve this problem:

I run Windows 8, with Firefox.

Every time I go to the Oekaki, it says: Error, click for details.
When I click it, It says:
Your security settings have blocked an application from running with an out of date or expired version of java.

How do I fix this? I know nothing really about windows 8 and Im lost ;-;
