just wanted to ask: since public blacklists aren't allowed on the site (with exceptions to closed species), would DNI/DNF lists also be prohibited? i know that blacklists aren't exactly comparable to DNI lists as it doesn't usually name people outright, but i wanted to make sure just in case.

It depends on the contents of those DNIs. Something like "DNI if you are homophobic" would be acceptable, but if they start to become too specific or target individuals or groups of people then we may need to take a look.
