Okay, I will try it, thank you . While I work on the screen shot here is the other information

I have a windows XP, so it's very old, but I will soon upgrade it to a windows 8 (Right now I am on a Lenovo touchscreen laptop which is new)

Grr! I feel like I am driving you insane and I a so sorry . How do I know what kind of URL the screen shot is, and since it's not saved in my documents, how do I get it into the image hosting website?

Don't worry, I'm not annoyed. This is what this thread is for... lots and lots of questions.
Step 1: Save that picture to your computer. (Right click, "save as")
Step 2: Pick an image host from that list in the tutorial and upload your image. (NOT a resizing method, a HOST.)
Step 3: Gimme the resulting url.

I tried using 2 of the image hosting websites and on tinypic it had me enter a code so I did and clicked the "upload now" button, and it didn't do anything. Then I tried Imgur and when I clicked the "okay" button after clicking the "computer" button, it just closed the window and nothing happened...I have to go for today, but I might be back on tomorrow. Can you still help me in the future please?

I was trying to resize it to 33 by 33 pixels. I think the reason why it wasn't working was because I didn't use an image host, but now those aren't working for me

I have to go for now, thank you for all your help, whether we get this to work or not XD

Duuuude, why are you using the jpg method for a png? There's your problem right there!

Because when I use the PNG resizer, I get a message saying that the uploaded file isn't a PNG...

Alright, tonight I will try to resize it myself and see if I run into the same problems.

Thank you very much . Maybe when I update my computer it will work because there are a few pictures I need to resize and I would like to do it myself so I don't have to ask you or someone else to do it for me
