McKay, so, I was just wondering.. How do you split images/ GIFs? I searched the supplementary tutorials, but I didn't see anything on splitting images/GIFs

do you use online image editor? it can split, round, resize, and crop

how do I make an gif a circle?

I would just upload the gif to OIE then cut shapes, select circle, then make it my desired size, but it may not work
