You'd need to start by storing the information about the adopted pets in a database, such as MySQL. That's a bit too advanced to explain here, I'm afraid.

Yup, you definitely can on 000webhost (as it supports PHP & MySQL), but this is pretty tricky and beyond the scope of this tutorial, sorry. Consider using a pre-built system like
http://myadopts.com/ instead.

I've tried MyAdopts before, and it was a bit frustrating because there wasn't really much you could do with the site, but thanks ^^ I'll see if there are any tutorials online about how to do it.
One more thing, if I were to install a phpBB forum on the site, which version of phpBB should I download?
We used to be TBB + Maple!
