You can post pictures of animals that you are talking about. You just can't draw them and then suggest them. Then the artists can't use the idea without 'stealing' the design.

Old Looking dogs - like old paper with faded out writing, olf fashioned maps, love notes, etc

Maybe at Christmas we could have dogs that have pictures from the twelve days of christmas song - first day a bird in a tree, etc

New cat lineart? A sleeping cat? That would be adorable

I like the old-looking dogs idea. I'm always into that kind of stuff. Also, the 2nd gens looks good.

Cat lineart -- we might get new lineart in a few years -- whenever Tess feels the need, or we get a new cat artist.
