Check your downloads folder, the setup might be in there.

Can you try using another browser to see if the same problem still occurs?

I sent in a help ticket like you told me to, and they told me to clear my cache. I told them I did, and they haven't replied for 20 days now.
It might be that everyone is just really busy, or is it just a really difficult solution...?

I don't remember, no. I'm sorry.
But if you have a broken image on the Oekaki, then please try to edit the drawing and save it again.

@Draca: it never appears. I've tried restarting my computer but nothing. I think it might be a problem with my computer, not Java...
Hello there you amazing person c:

Hello there! I'm Wanda, a teen girl on CS who loves to draw, chat, play sports, read, and is a complete music dork. I'm quite shy so please keep that in mind when chatting to me, but feel free to ask me questions! It helps to talk. I no longer draw on CS, but my DA is filled with my art from an app on my iPad. Anyway, that's it! I hope you have an amazing because you deserve it and I love you c:

Sorry to bother you all;
Whenever I try to go onto Oekaki, it loads, but when I try to draw or change layers or anything, it won't let me do anything. I can still scroll up and down on the page and click on other things, but Oekaki won't load. I don't know if it's a Java issue or a computer issue;; my laptop runs on Linux, not Windows or Mac, but I've never had this problem on it or any other computer before. Help?

    I hate to bother you guys, and I don't know if this question/problem has been answered....

    I had the whole 'Java ran out of memory!' crazieness and I followed the Windows XP instructions and put on -xmx1024 for more memory. I then restarted my computer hoping it would work and then I went to color something in and it said ' Java ran out of memory' . What is going on? Did I do something incorrect? I hope I get this fixed soon because it is very frustrating to me.

@DoctorDraca, I've tried using different browsers (Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome) yet, the same problem keeps happening. It just stays on the same thing for ages and won't load

I had a problem, the Oekaki was just a white screen with that X in the corner, but it was fixed when I updated my Java, so maybe you could add that.

✩GalaxyCat✩, did you set the help ticket to admins only? Because Nick is the only one that's able to restore your drawing, methinks. If you didn't send in a help ticket and set it to admins, I suggest you try that. It might take a while, though.

It does seem like a computer issue rather than a Java issue. Check your downloads folder to make sure the file isn't there anyway. Or try to download it with another browser.

Can you try to reinstall Java? I'm unsure on how to handle issues on Linux since I don't run it on any of my computers, so I might not be too useful here. :c

Bump it up a little higher to see if that helps? Or make sure you've put everything in correctly. Upper and lowercase does matter.

What operating system are you running? Windows 7? 8? Mac OS X?
