Pound lag getting worse?

Yeah the lag this time was awful by the time I could get anything there was only 200 left

Lag definitely gets bad for me around 20 seconds before the pound opens for me as well. I don't know if that happens for anyone else also? Or if it's only at opening.

Last pound opening at rollover had something like 2,700+ users online and this one had nearly 3,000. The lag likely has to do with everyone logging on and trying to adopt pets at the same time.

I couldn’t even get into the pound today because of the lag!

I think it was a huge timing problem, with everyone on for rollover and the panic for the outcome.

Usually it lags a couple seconds for me.

i noticed even before the easter event, the pound was still super bad

for the past few months, even before the easter event, my lag has been so insanely bad that by the time i click a pet, lag for 10-15 seconds, get the message that the pet has been taken, and then get back to the pound-- it's gone down from like 1400 to 500! like some others have said the only time i can ever get anything somewhat good without a disgusting amount of lag is in the early hours of the morning, i'm talking like 2-3 AM. it's certainly a lot worse than it was in mid/early 2023 and im not sure why that is.

3,000 users is crazy, pound only has 1,200 pets if I recall? This is definitely more users than yesterday's opening near rollover. Makes sense why the lag was worse.

I didn't get a pet because of the lag being so bad this go around. Literally every one I clicked "sorry this pet has already been adopted" which sucked cause there was a fire malk cat I almost got

No way I saw a earth malk and I was lagging rlly badly. It unfortunately got snatched but I'm happy with the trade I had that had all 4 of the Elementals n stuff for my marionette doggo
