I tried using this with notepad and Microsoft expression but it wasn't working with either of them. I couldn't get the growing stages to work and stuff....

That's the second site I made; the first one is password protected and I can't be bothered editing it. :P

I'm just using the example pets from the tutorial for now, because I haven't made my own adoptables yet.
Hope you can figure out what's wrong with it, because I'm really stumped.

I'm not nick >.> However I can answer a few things.. you cant 'make' a server. You can buy one. Most people buy website hosting, and I believe whoever is hosting the site..like lets say you buy hosting and/or a domain from godaddy.com..that means Go daddy is hosting you, and whenever their server goes down or slow, they do.
I'm assuming you want a free website though. Join x10hosting.com and make your site there, it supports PHP which is needed for this tutorial. Weebly uses HTML, you cant run php in a http://www.yoursite.com/pagename.html page, php only works in http://www.yoursite.com/pagename.php pages.
You can edit and created files/pages with the file manager, in cpanel when you join x10hosting.
Err..Correct me if I'm missing something? ^^';

Nice tutoraial.. tried a little "test," you could say, and I came up with these results:
Test done: 10 times
Normal "dog adults" recieved: 9
Rare "dog adults" recieved: 1
