you can use ezgif for cropping and resizing,
and online image editor for making shapes

i'm not sure why it would be no file found, but try uploading it to a host,
then getting the link from there and putting it in

currently I am on a IPad. But, when I
put the image link into the online image editor it
comes up with the link of the gif I put in
and then next to it;; not found
