Oekaki/Java problems & solutions

Everytime I try to load Oekaki it says 'Your drawing's layers could not be loaded,please try again later. The error returned was: 500 Internal Server Error'.. please help,thank you.

That might be a connection issue, nothing temporary. Completely end the browser session and then open your browser and try again.


Also, for everyone who's having trouble with Java freezing after loading up, are you all using Mac?

Has anyone tried to manually update Java yet? If not, can someone try and tell me the result?

TurtlezSoup, I have restarted my browser and still get the same problem. Im on Google Chrome on a Windows 8 computer and my Java is up to date.

But did you completely end the session? Use ctrl + alt + delete and end FireFox, then try again.

I followed all the instructions the website gave me and tested it on the little thingy it gives you n the website and it said that mine was the correct version and all that, I followed all the instructions for the manual download yet the problem hasn't gotten any better. Still the same results.

It worked in Beginners Oekaki and it let me start drawing but I went to color in an editable and that pop up is still coming up. I closed Google Chrome completely like you asked.

Can you try rebooting your router? Just turning it off and on again.
