I want the two outside corners rounded, every time I do it it puts a color in the background

I clicked on the background to be transparent and it did this

There is an FAQ about that in the Image Manip post on the front page. I'd link you to it, but I right now I am trying to just quickly get to bed (UGH IT'S SO LATE OVER HERE).

The website up there is the one I used. (I can't use Pixlr or Photoshop so I use online image editor) and it keeps doing the same thing

this thread is so full of great info!
But I'm still confused on how to overlay a still pic onto a gif?
I've been on OIE for over an hour now and it just doesn't seem to be working for me?
I'm on my phone so maybe that's why? But every time I try to add a pic on top of a gif it's not keeping the pics transparency and there is a big white square around it /:

This Is really bugging me off, since whenever I TRY Submitting my siggy, It comes up with 'oh noez! the server iz brokez!' And whenever I refresh, It STILL Doesn't work
