I’ve tried this; am I missing something?

How do I make words clickable / link words / make a picture a link?
To make words link to a page, copy the link and paste it in [url] tags like this:

and it will look like this:

I've replied to several forums and they're coming up in my email as subscriptions, but they're not showing up on my profile as My Posts and I can't see my replies. I haven't gotten notification that they've been disapproved either. A forum topic I started on the same day has been approved and is visible. What happened? Is this a glitch?

CS has a system which scans for images which might be from unsafe sources. Posts containing such images need to go through manual approval before showing up, to make sure it is safe to view. If the post is edited it needs to be approved again, and newer users tend to need images approved more often. Sometimes, posts made after an image post will also need to be approved, even if they don't include an image, this is normal. It's nothing to worry about, it happens to everyone.

Hello! I wanted to ask if there are site rules regarding trading and adoptions - I just joined and I’m really excited to collect pets, so I’ve signed up for a bunch of adoption threads! My partner mentioned unfair trades can get flagged though and I’m worried because I submitted a bunch that my account will be banned. Is there a rule about signing up for multiple free adoptions?

Adopting from free adoption threads will likely not get you banned.

If you want to make sure you don't get accused of cheating, make sure to keep your trades fair when you trade with friends and family. Don't allow someone to constantly give you free stuff if you never give them anything in return. And make sure that the pets you trade are fairly close in value to the pets you are receiving, so it doesn't look like one of you is getting all the rares in return for trash.

Hi again!

"Marking" or "mark" means that the user is marking the thread for later, sort of like bookmarking. This way they can find the thread later in "My posts".

"MYOS" or "MYO" means Make Your Own. Usually means users can make their own adopt.

This is a thread with CS terms and abbreviations, although it is not complete. However, you can most likely search for terms that other users have already asked a question about.

A litter-swap just refers to swapping an outcome from a litter to another outcome from the litter - i.e, trading a horse from this month's litter for another horse from this month's litter.
