It's a character for typing, not an image. Therefore there is no url for it.
But you can screenshot it and then upload it onto a image host website like imgur.

Ok...
So say I've made a strip for weaving on Pixlr...

Make sure it has lots of canvas room once you've made it.
Do this by going to image, then canvas size, changing any dimensions you want.


And you have your gif...I'll use one I've made.


Go to OIE.

If you want a strip behind start with a pic of your strip on OIE.


You'll then want to make the background transparent in another copy of the image.

Afterwards, go to wizards and then overlay image.


Then once you've done that, put as many as you want with a transparent background.


Put in your gif.


Overlay more of the transparent lines on top.
Nearly there!


Crop your image where you want.
Don't cut really close to the gif or it'll corrupt.


Go to wizards and click on transparency to make the background transparent.


Click on the spots that you want to make transparent. Don't forget inside the lines!


And you're done!
Save it!
Finished Result:

in online image editor there is a option to cut shapes which makes images/gifs like that
