This is for a customer, when I want the words in the center 'Not all who wonder' in the center, it's pushed down underneath the left column, I'm not sure how this happens, is my text to Big?

It's happening because the image on the left is shorter than the image on the right, therefore it goes down under the image.

Yes, it varies from browser to browser, but this measurement is most common. Always try to make sure that your signature works for most browsers, that way everyone on CS sees the same signature that you see.

That's my plan out. Where it says J+C is gonna be one image, Z+P is another and K+L is another. The boxes are images too, but smaller ones. The out line box thing would be words. Would this sort of layout be possible? And if so, what size would the pictures have to be?

the layout seems slightly similar to mine's, so i guess it could be possible.
any length would be fine, i guess, but for the width i'd probably recommend
somewhere between small-medium width.
