Doubleposting because I can, mwahahahaaaaa (and because I have more things to say to you guys)...

I have updated the frames to have the invisible text be "X"s instead of periods. This is because periods vary in size and spacing from browser to browser while "X"s do not. You may want to take this new info and change your sig coding to have "X"s if you haven't already.

Also, I will be adding the link to the CS thread A Large Collection of Text Symbols and Color Codes to the tutorial.

Wouldja look at that, we've been moved to a new side of the forum. Looks like were under the topic "HTML/PHP Coding and Webdesign help" now. Not sure when this happened, but it is much more fitting! I hope we can reach more beginner coders this way!
