Pound lag getting worse?

lag was so bad i spam clicked a pet, saw the already taken sticker after 5 seconds, went over to another pet and clicked on it, was told that id already adopted a pet and went over to my collection to see i got the first pet i was spam clicking on LOL

all on the second page because the first didnt load for a while, archive pages and whatnot didnt load for minutes afterwards either

Genuinely the pound is so bad by the time it loads 500 pets are already gone and I have zero chance of anything. Even when I do click a pet I want, it's GONE and I end up with slim pickings- like at this point I might as well beg randos for free pets because even THAT would give me BETTER PETS THAN THE POUND GIVES ME (I'm not going to do that, i'm just saying)

I refreshed the pound right at opening time, I have fast internet and normally get in very quickly but this time it didn't load until ~700 pets were left. Worst lag I've had in a while.

First time its ever lagged and when it actually refreshed i had about 550 pets left to choose from. like 30-40 second lag to refresh the pound

I've always gotten pound lag and always knew I'd be getting from 2nd to 3rd page if lucky (the amount of times it's loaded after 30 secs, I clicked and then sit for a min for it to tell me the pet was nabbed.....)

But I feel these last two rounds of pound have been particularly insanely lag bogged I'm glad I'm not the only one to have noticed... Even moving around in the rest of the site was feeling choppy @~@

Just stumbled across this thread and wanted to add, I just adopted from the pound maybe 15 min ago and the lag was rough!! Initially, I refreshed the page after "the Pound will open in 1 second" mark, and it wouldn't load. Went to My Pets, and it lagged getting to that (not by much tho) before clicking back into the Pound, where it took so long to load!

the lag has been crazy lately, although it looks like they're announcing pound openings earlier in advance? I don't think I've ever seen a 10 hour notice before for the pound opening

They don't have indicators between 6 and 10 hours, so if it's greater than 6 hours it displays 10.

two days ago the whole site wouldn't load because pound was open. yesterday the site literally froze when i tried to reload the pound and i had to reopen the browser. today it full on didn't register when i clicked on two different pets. with the money folks are spending in the store, i seriously hope there's some discussion on moving servers :/

its not even just the pound itself, its the site atp. ive noticed from when i joined to present day, the site keeps getting choppier by the day. i know cs is old, but at least /try/ to show you care about the performance?
