But I don't know which one to use. The first one is really squished and the second is too big. How do I make them smaller without it going blurry? Thanks!

You should be able to make it smaller with the transformation tools.
Grab the corner of the flattened image and make it smaller.
It only goes blurry if the shrinkage is out of ratio.
For example, if the image is a rectangle, and you end up shrinking it to a square, it will be blurry because of the image suddenly becoming a shape it wasn't originally created to be.
Also when saving it, save it as a high quality png image, that might help with keeping the blurriness away.

hello there, I'm in need of a bit of coding help c:
I'm looking to put my blue border right next to the centered gifs and star border.
But when I try it, it goes up a little (like now) or it goes really far out to the side.
If possible, could someone fix it for me or coach me on how to fix it? Thank you!
...Also, having the same thing on the other side would be so terrifically awesome).

...I know, I'm so picky xc ... but I just had a thought. and it's totally fine if this isn't even possible.
Is there a way to have the border (keeping everything the same size) be equally to the side of the bottom border as well?
does that make sense? like, right now, it's next to the gifs but on top of the stars.
Is there a way to make it also to the side of the stars?
I'm really sorry If I'm being a bother. I'm just curious cx

Just need a bit of help on Pixlr. I'm trying to make some borders that can go on the right of my siggy, opposite this:

And I need it to be those exact colors (or as close as possible). But I can't make borders on their own, like with transparent background. If someone could tell me how/make some for me, that would be great! c:

No no no bother!

you mean the stars "leaning" against the blue borders? Or stars on left and right?
