Or, for big images go to "Cut Shapes" then "More Frames". The circle is one page 2. You can adjust the blur factor to make it more prominent or to make it go away entirely.

How do I get rid of a white background on say, some text on Pixlr Photo Editor?? I know you use the wand, but then how do you delete it? (I know, I'm such a noob. XD)

I have yet to really mess around with the pixlr editor, but my guess is either hit delete on your keyboard or click the eraser in the selected area. Or see if you can set the color to transparent and then use the bucket tool in that region. Those are my guesses. Sorry, wish I could be more of a help!
It may help to look in a Photoshop guide for tips, since pixlr and Photoshop are so similar.

That wall's color can be changed to transparent if you don't want it to show.
