Well... No not magic.
It is indeed a gif, a transparent gif at that.
I make my own gifs, so I made that image text move on it's own, took two hours ^^;
All I did was make the gif as a full size, so all three joined together. (200 px x 147 px)
And then gradually take screenshots of the text while I moved the text gradually along the image. (Because the text is on it's own layer, each word kind of. For instance, "Stupid things" is moving up 5px per second.)
And with the ones that flash in, that is just by using the opacity tool, so I would make the image go from clear to opaque, and back again. :)

One thing I don't get is how people sorta cut gifs in half then make it a sorta rounded square/ oval shape.

I think tomorrow I'm going to try and but a picture if front of some gifs but I'd like to put my fursona in front of the gifs but I'd like some diditial art of her but I can't do didital art :{

I'd appreciate if someone could find someone who does didital art for a reasonable price.

Are you asking for a signature commission in a way or are you asking for a digital artwork of your fursona?
I am not sure about the rules of advertising here, so I think asking shops on the Art for CS Pet's forum would be the best place to go to ask for a commission, unless you are asking for help into doing this part for you.
This is more of a thread for tutorials, but as I said, not sure on the rules or specifics here. Of the Falls or someone else will probably clear this up for me at a later date ^^;

While I have not made any rules about it, you are correct in assuming that this is not the place for those posts. This thread is for coding and editing help only. Try the art swap forum instead, eeveeluver. You can put out an ad there instead and see which artists are interested.

I made a new signature, and if you're wondering what ''Though she be but" means, it's like Victorian language, or olden days language something like that.
Any critiques or comments?

ghbjhbd jade is my wifu, instantly gains 50 points

the only think is the img on the gith seems to get cut off slightly (a signature pet peeve of mine and on the same img a bit lower around her back seems to have a wee bit of white from the image it came from, but thats me nit picking bc im strange. its really good though :3 (jade will takee overrrrrrr)
