Many tokens from the 2013 summer event are not listed under Holidays & Events > Event Tokens:

(these weapons)

In the archive the chick PJ set is separated and has inconsistent naming between the two items ("Chick" vs. "Chicken").

You only received the items as a bonus add-on for buying the full pet set, and could not purchase them separately. That's why the tab is named like that^^

To find pets you got through trades, the easiest is to do as follows:
1. Go to your trade center
2. Scroll down to the list of completed trades
3. Find the trade in which you received the pets
4. Click the trade, then click the pet that you can't find
5. On the pet profile page, check the red link bar at the top of the page. It should display Text as "Home < shialee heart < group name < Adopted pet'
The group name will tell you which group that pet is in, and you can click the link to get to the group, too.

The way item creation works is that upon its creation, an item it's assigned an ID number. The ID establishes what order items are displayed in. Since these items are so old the only way I could make them sit next to each other now is if I re-assigned their ID numbers to be new. This wouldn't work well because they would end up being listed next to items in 2020. Hope that explains why this isn't possible. I've re-named the pants to be consistent for you though!

Just tried to find a flag in the archive and couldn't find it for a whole while, til I realized it got archived under 2009 with the first batch of flags.

I don't know if it was archived like this on purpose, since the item archive isn't quite so old, but the majority of the flags from the store were actually released in 2012. The news posts for it are here:
news/news.php?pageStart=600

It's probably convenient to be able to add all the flags to a WL from one archive page for anyone who didn't first try to find them in the right year sdjfhgdjkfg, but it does technically make the archived release date for these items incorrect.
Would it make more sense to split them, or to put a note on the archive to mention that they were released separately?

I've now added a new tab for the store flags called "Flags (2009-2012)" to make this more clear!

That's normal. On the WL, pets are sorted by when they were put into the system, rather than when they were released/archived. Some pets are made months in advance, and are put into the system at that time, but don't get released until much later
