i always did the animation through pixlr. it's quite a difficult process, but i'm not sure of any websites that can do it for you.

theres a number or places to split images, snipping tool comes with most computers when you get them but its not the most efficent, there pixlr a few web browser image manipulator which I use and a few others on the front page too

It's exactly the same as splitting a png or jpg image. OIE can do gifs, so if you know how to split images into half with oie, then you can do it with gifs the exact same way.

Is it just me, or do you guys like ... smaller signatures? Like instead of height 300+ , do you do like 290-ish and below?
I tend to do that a lot. I don't know why..

Haha, lol. I personally prefer those tall types of signatures, with alot of borders to seperate quotes and bios? Though small signatures do look cute.
