In the 'Layers' sections, on the right of each layer name there's a box which you can click on to check and uncheck so it makes the layer invisible.

I was trying to get all the boxes to line up against the ehh... pink...border..?
So that way I could take the other half of the border and place it on nice and neat but I cant get them to cooperate..

Nice work on this thread, it's super helpful.
One website you might want to add under image manipulation is PicMonkey. It's a great online image editor. Some of the features are premium only, but there's plenty of free ones too

I don't think this has been covered, but the rounding of one side of an image can be done within oie. ;w; Just load a transparent picture (made on Pixlr) behind the image you want, and move your image to the side of the page that you want rounded. Rounding the corners this way fools oie because you're really only rounding one side of the image, as the other side is transparent. You can then crop your image down and have the result you were looking for. ;w;
