Here's another free online image editing tool. I know there's already an extensive list on the front page but it can't do any harm to throw another one out there.

Also here's another siggy I made. I know it's a pretty poor one but I just wanted to practice a bit and try working with another theme. I only did it for the sake of doing it really.

i think its a very nice layout, but you may want to put a border on the right side of the text?

I think if you use the little tool that takes colors out of the pictures (i mean, like just picks it up) would be cool for this. Then you could use the same colors that are on there :3

Thats what I did with mine currently ovo

try color scheme websites, if you insert an image/a color from the image you'll get an assortment of colors that would go well with the image.
