What about the Fennex Fox Fountain :what:

I think usually, yes, it's Tess' decision about things - but I think the artists get some say in stuff, like a lot of people wanted the fox fountain so Lilian Nightshade gave us what we wanted. Sometimes they work, other times they won't. We COULD get a PPS rock, but it's up to Saikiyo and Tess. It doesn't matter how many people, it's just if they (Tess & the artist) want it I think.
