I can't adopt the Thanksgiving dogs. It says, "Sorry, you have already adopted too many of this pet (you are allowed to get this pet only 5 times). Please go back and choose a different pet : )" Even though I haven't adopted any yet.

You're clicking the wrong adopt button ^,^
I just checked: the Tess litter has an adoption limit of 5. The Thanksgiving box has an adoption limit of 8. Try reloading the page and be careful as to where you're clicking.

The last dog litter currently listed in the archive doesn't have an artist.

Yeah, I see what you mean. Give the archivists a few days to update that and complete it. They probably just accidentally left that bar out c:.

is this a bug? Ive just adopt the new pets for Thanksgiving and i can only choose the max of the present.. i didn't get the other dogs, its just sayin' "You already reach the max".

The box is the only new Thanksgiving gift, the three dog litters below it are this month's dogs and have nothing to do with Thanksgiving. So if you've already adopted this month's dogs, it'll say you're maxed out for them, since, well, you are.

Not always. It's up to us, as the players, to identify which pets are new and adopt them *shrugs*.

I'm trying to adopt the pets for Thanksgiving. I got the ones from the gift box, but when I try to adopt the puppies, it says I already adopted them.

Which is impossible; I don't have them and I only tried to adopt them just last night when I got home and the update was up. So I couldn't have even tried before.

You already adopted them. You might have clicked adopt twice by accident. They are located in your default group
