Change your password immediately. Make it something really hard to guess; a bunch of random numbers and letters is best. Make sure to write it down on paper (and make sure no one finds it who you think woulduse it to get on your account). You need to send in a help ticket and choose the "My account has been hacked!" option. Write what happened, give the person's username/account ID #, and show the trades. If they really did take your pets, you should get them back. c:

So do you have to be 14 to not be a COPPA? Or do you have to turn 13? My friend is 13 but she is a COPPA, so I dunno, please let me know, thanks!

Once you turn 14 you can become unCOPPA'd.

The info. on the CS wiki specifically says, "a child 13 or younger," so that's what I always thought it was.

I looked it up on the official site, however, and it only ever says, "under age 13." It doesn't precisely say that when the child turns 13, they are automatically no longer protected by the law.

I am assuming this does, indeed, mean that one must turn 13 to become unCOPPA'd, at least by the definition of the law. I'm not sure how CS sees it, considering the info. given on the wiki.

The guides in the wiki are user-made and that information is false. You become uncoppa'd when you turn 13.

Hey there, I was wondering if you could quote where you thought you saw this? I've checked through my entire post and I'm pretty sure that it specifies "under 13" there. If you can tell me where you got this from, I'd love to change the guide so that it's more accurate. Thanks.

@Sorren: Sorry for any inaccuracies that may have occurred, I thought everything was in order but I'll make sure to change anything if there is in fact a part of the guide that is not in tune with the COPPAs are under 13. Thank you!
