i'm not sure what programs you use, but i'm assuming you use pixlr? in that case, i'm actually not very familiar with that program, it's quite
similar to the other one i use, but which would be found at sumo.fm there's not really a specific method of animation, i was inspired some
heavier edits on tumblr and mep videos, but i did mess around on the program quite a bit to get the end result. perhaps i'll post a tutorial
if there's enough interest, but as for now there's not really a specific way, however, i'm not quite sure if pixlr has the same filters i used.

another note, sumopaint can be very laggy and glitchy! there's also a layer limit of 6 layers so you constantly have to merge layers.

as for actually animating it, i'm sure ezimba and gifmaker.me will do well enough, unless you want things quite complex.

the filters i used would be offset for the big side image and either the ripple or wave lab filter for the wiggly text.

haha, yeah, sorry it's such a bad explanation, when i make signatures it's kind of a whole lot of trial-and-error.

You could at least check, but here it is.

Note: Maximum signature width and height should be 700 x 400 pixels.
Yes, it varies from browser to browser, but this measurement is most common. Always try to make sure that your signature works for most browsers, that way everyone on CS sees the same signature that you see.
