But the people that are not coppa should not be able to post there. That make sense?

What if their non-COPPA brother or sister wanted to talk with them? My sister is a COPPA.

I don't think this would be possible because the mods have their own life and wont have time to check that fourm all the time and there is always a chance they could give away peronal information.

Predators join chat places where they know kids are. What do you think a COPPA only forum is? Make an account, lie about their age to get in (because people have never done that before. /sarcasm), sound like a minor and presto! instant access to talk to known minors!
I just don't see this idea screaming 'safe' to me and it nullifies the whole point of being COPPA'd.

The coppa'd members can post in the oekaki sections of the board after receiving moderator approval on their posts. I don't know why they need a specific forum just for them? They still do have some abilities to post, so long as they are not giving away personal information.

I would say special mods for this type of thing, but I don't want to offend or bother. And it would be hard, so forget my idea.

We're not adding more COPPA forums as we just don't have any moderators to approve every post they make, sorry. Oekaki is allowed since it's mostly drawings and just a couple of comments, the low volume makes it easier for us to moderate. Send in a permission slip.
