Nope, I'm not a mod but I watch this forum a lot, and new rarities have been suggested many times
like CS IMing, it has also be denied many times, as the site gets bigger, they may add new rarities but the system works fine for right now
the gap is not as big as you would think, seeing as how many users there are, trading is a matter of opinion, and some uncommons are more valuable than others, but if Nick were to add it, it would have probably be along the lines of
Very Uncommon (less than one pet per 15 users)
which doesn't seem like it makes much of a difference, there will still be unfair trades, not matter how many new rarities are added
