Not sure if I'm supposed to post here, But how do I get rid of trade messages appearing in my inbox? Also it said "one private message has been removed due to message filters." Is there any way I can still read the message?

1. Go to your trade rules page and check the first box that says "Don't notify me with a PM," then save.

2. Once PMs are deleted there is no way to get them back. If you want to see all your PMs from now on, you might wanna check your PM rules and settings: ucp.php?i=pm&mode=options

Can someone help me? When someone tries to send me a PM who is not my friend, they can't. But I'm pretty sure I have PM enabled but why can't they send it to me? I'd be very glad if someone could help me out. Thanks!

(Check if they are COPPA'd first, any COPPA'd user cannot send or read PMs.)

Go to your board preferences and make sure it says 'Yes' for allowing users to message you;



If it does, go to the Friend & Foes tab, check what your settings there, they should look like this to allow anyone to message you (including foes);
