My first thought is that this user actually had that many messages on hold and asked Nick for help in releasing all of them (since if you have more than 200 messages on hold then the system won't let you naturally release them). And now they're all released into the inbox but welp lol

But yeah, only Nick or another admin can help with this (if you already sent a non-admin help ticket, don't send another one--someone will forward it to the admins)
