I think Huion tablets usually have problems with the Oekaki.
I've seen a lot of unsolved problems because people use Huion (including me)
Don't quote me on that, but I've yet to solve my problem, too.
So, I'm just guessing It's Huion.

Mine is Wacom, and still doesn't work on every browser and with all installed.

id suggest making a new post regarding this, seeing as you are using a different device and advise can change.
