1. Once you find lines you like in Editable Oekaki, and have checked that you are allowed to use them in competitions, just go normally color it in. Then, save it for later and go to Competitions board, load it from your unfinished drawings and post it. :] If it ends up on the wrong board, you can just report the topic and explain you want it moved. ^^
2. Right click on the image, choose "copy image location/address/url" or if you are using Internet Explorer, go to image properties and get the url from there. Then paste the url and put [img]and[/img] tags around it. :]

Remember to make sure though that you have the permission to use the image. :3
