Oekaki/Chibi Paint Glitching

Things are making drawing in the Oekaki very difficult. The pen tool will only be at 2 pixels no matter how big it says. The pencil tool doesn't show up no matter what opacity. The other tools are locked onto something of 30 opacity. It's not on lock alpha, and I've refreshed the page many times.

Is there anything I can do? Re-install it or something?

Try reinstalling/updating Java.

My Java is working and up to date. The Oekaki still won't work. :c
