Oekaki Problem?

Hi,
Somebody on the Oekaki has been having trouble.
This picture is the one. Whenever they try to edit it or color it in, this is what comes up as soon as they click the button:

It's just a blank page. They've tried editing it and coloring it in, but it just won't work.

I was wondering if somebody could help perhaps?

This has happened to me alto of times but i just re-installed java and it was fine! also what browser is being used i suggest Google crome. I also found that java doesn't run as smooth on my mack book air. hope i helped you!

Try that again, I've updated that image so that your browser will be forced to try to reload it.

If it still doesn't work, try a different web browser like Ellies suggests
