DESPERATE HELP NEEDED!

How do you make adoptable Oekaki, and how does it work?
Will somebody please explain Oekaki, Adopting it, making it adoptable. You know, everything to do with it.

Would be sooo grateful if somebody would please explain in full. I desperately need it!

Adoptable oekaki characters/pets do not contribute in any way to your CS account. Merely, someone would draw, say, a lineart of a dog. That artist would then colour in that dog in various ways (bearing in mind this is only an example). Then, a customer, lets say me, wants to 'adopt' a particular variation of this dog, so I can call it mine and whatever, and can post it where ever I choose (of course, depending that the artist allows it). Another customer would come along, and they would adopt a different variation and so forth.

Eh, maybe you need someone else to explain it, mine's pretty confusing ^^'

Let's make this post an example, how would I do all of this, you know, make it growable, have artists, have staff, customs, this whole comunity idea?

The staff thing is pretty simple; you just hire them to do their job. Customs: customers fill out a form and you/your artists complete their order. Growable: you draw the 'baby' stage, wait however long you want and edit the image, drawing an adult stage ^^
